Ninh Binh is a coastal city located on the Red River Delta which just takes about 2 hours by car from the centre of Hanoi capital to Ninh Binh.  from Hanoi, Ninh Binh is emerging as one of the most exciting destinations during your Vietnam tour. For a long time, it is known as a choice of short getaway from Hanoi.

But in fact, many things to do in Ninh Binh to offer for everyone. Hiring a boat and it will take your through an extensive network of waterways between imposing limestone cliffs erecting from the flat rice paddies. In the past time, people said that Hoa Lu capital was extremely magnificent, but its relics nearly disappeared. In steads, Dinh-Le temples were erected which worships 2 famous emperors of Vietnam. Built in 19th century with smaller scale compared to other Ninh Binh’s structures, Phat Diem church emerges as a unique work because its perfect harmony with nature. This destination is always a visited tourist attractions which is called “Ha Long Bay on the land”. Tam Coc includes a system of 3 caves: Ca Cave, Hai Cave and Ba Cave. Van Long Nature Reserve is known as “The biggest natural picture” with the diversity of both flora and fauna. Stretching throughout 3500 hectares of wetland, it is home to hundreds of plants and animals. TrangAn is another nearby attractions that is quite similar to Tam Coc.  Vietnam travel tours

Although TrangAn has more caves to pass through, it is more crowded, especially in high season. Ninh Binh is a fascinating place, where apart from an inspiring scenery, you have easy access to the rural and authentic Vietnam.Personally, now I can’t believe how I was considering dropping Ninh Binh from my trip! Ninh Binh province is located in northern Vietnam, about 100km south of Hanoi. With its hundreds of limestone cliffs emerging from the ground scattered across the rice fields, this region is appropriately nicknamed the “Halong Bay in land”. The most ideal time to visit Cuc Phuong National Park is in the dry season (from December to April). It is surrounded by high limestone mountains which is believed to protect Hoa Lu from invasion. Inside the complex, there is an iconic archway in the entrance and several temples including the temple of Dinh Tien Hoang, who liberated the country from the Southern Han in the 10th century.
